And I see many people say that there are 24 hours a day to workout so you should be able to squeeze in a 20 minute workout, and while I agree, there are also things that you have to consider when working out.
So this 20 minute workout now is up to a 75 minute excursion.
Some of this may not be true for everyone, but we do have to keep in mind that time is of the essence and yes, you have to schedule it into your day, but there are more things to consider than just a 20 minute workout.
I need to do a full century ride this year.
It’s time to start doing this training!
Also, I want to meet Danni from the biggest loser. Someone needs to tell me where to send her some fan mail!

Does anyone know any good (relatively inexpensive) weight loss (food/exercise) trainers online?
I’ve been trying to get over this plateau since April 2012. I’m stuck at around 170-175 lbs.

First ride since October! 20 miles, 15.1 mph average. Have about 4 weeks to get up to 55 miles for the Palm Springs ride. Pretty good. I’m pretty exhausted right now and going to eat a veggie burger at the Habit! Mmmmmmmm protein and carbs!
