Does anyone know any good (relatively inexpensive) weight loss (food/exercise) trainers online?
I’ve been trying to get over this plateau since April 2012. I’m stuck at around 170-175 lbs.

ok.. so…. i finally made one.. yeah.. i was hesitant..
so Nov 2011 was 1 month after i had started my diet.. i had hated my life.. my look.. my shape.. i hated everything and was unbelievably depressed..
i pumped my mind with you tube weight loss vids.. and it was time.. its been forever.. but i finally did what i have been saying i would and kept quitting..
please don’t quit.. i know its hard.. but i never imagined i would get to this.. i feel awesome.. i am alive again.. man or woman.. its seriously in your hands and mind.. don’t forget gut..
this past year has been full of the craziest experiences, trials,errors, and stupidity…
what i have found out.. starving your self for 3 full days will only kill you.. make you so weak.. and you wont lose a lot of weight.. you HAVE TO EAT .. SMALL PORTIONS..
stop soda’s stop sugar drinks stop eating JUNK…
I only took 1 supplement Pill with all the needed vitamins . no miracle shakes no miracle weight loss pills.. i didn’t give up when all my friends were chowing down on junk in front of my eyes.. my goal was way more important..
i am a normal person with ups and downs just like all of you.. yes you can make a difference.. yes you can change.. and IT WONT BE EASY.. AND IT WONT BE FAST..
i am still exercising daily.. when i wake up.. when i get home from work.. before i sleep.. it might not be a 2 hour cardio.. but i do what i can and push it to my limit.. even if its 10 min. it makes a difference..
i hope this year at least 1 person reads this and changes his/her life.. just 1 would make my year..
2013 I will inspire someone to be better..

Sometimes I feel like no matter how hard I try, nothing changes. I have less than 11 weeks to get down to 160 lbs, and as of this morning I have 15 lbs to go. Even though a few days ago I only had 12.
I haven’t been eating that bad, and I’ve been exercising a lot (and drinking water).
It’s almost enough to just give up.
With things other than pictures from instagram, and workouts from fitocracy. :D
How have you guys been? What are your goals for the new year?
Need to get back on track eating better and working out.
Im starting to get sick, so it may just be the “eating better” part for now.
My goal is to reach 160lbs by Spring. I have 13 weeks, and I have about 13-17lbs to lose (it bounces between 173-177lbs).
I need some encouragement. I think I can do this, and I want to do this. I need to be able to do this.
