    Did I mention that I got a PR on Power Cleans and Presses today? 85 lbs! :) Took me 3 tries to get the press, but omg, felt so awesome!!!

    So the other day I was doing Power Clean and Press at the gym, in my mind I thought “when am I EVER going to use this?”

    Today I used it. For reals! I tried to get out of my garage and it wouldn’t open, so I had to lift it manually. Power Clean and Press for the win. Had to get it high enough to put a ladder under and back my car out.

    My body is sore from all the Power Clean and Presses I did yesterday at the gym.

    And it feels fucking amazing!
