    I haven’t lost weight in awhile

    But I noticed about a week ago that I could feel my ribs! NSV FTW! I don’t think I can remember a time when I could feel my ribs.

    I did push ups today! 3 sets of 10!!~

    Not all the way down, but enough that I felt myself working really hard. I am so proud of myself. I have only ever been able to do about 3 or 4 of them before!

    Guess I am getting stronger!

NSV: we did this hike one year ago and I couldn’t make it up to the top. We had to turn around. Today I made it, and it was fairly easy. :)

    NSV: triceps

    Best compliment my room mate poodragon gave me. Yesterday we were doing dips and he told me he could actually see my triceps!!! FUCK YES!

  6.   NSV: I can actually see my collar bones when I’m relaxing now! Before I could only see them when I was doing things with my arms. And 6 years ago I couldn’t see them at all!

    NSV: Lifting more

    I went to the gym yesterday for back day. And decided that I wanted to try the weight machines that I haven’t used in months to see how much more I could lift now (basically a test if I actually am stronger or not).

    On the leg extension machine. My max was 70lbs in July 2011. I did 135lbs yesterday.

    On the chest press machine. My max was 25lbs July 2011. I did 75lbs yesterday (which is my max REAL bench press at the moment).

    Woot! Getting stronger!

    NSV: IN CASE YOU DIDN’T SEE MY FITOCRACY POST!

    I BENCH PRESSED 60LBS TODAY! REACHED MY GOAL AND WAS INJURED ALMOST ALL MONTH. FUCK YES!

    NSV: Size 14 pants! :D

    I bought my first pairs of size 14 jeans today. And they fit!
