    This is what I usually do… Is it enough? I’m sorry I don’t know the names of all the machines in English so I put the name of the body part it’s working on.

    Monday - Wednesday - Friday (at the gym)

    • Biceps (3 sets of 15)
    • Triceps (3 sets of 15)
    • Shoulders (3 sets of 15)
    • Back/shoulders (3 sets…

    Try to go for less reps and more weight. I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps. If you are lifting the right amount, you will feel like you are going to fail your last 2 reps each set.
